A lot of us were taught to associate sex with shame and this perspective seeps into our culture and negatively impacts us individually and collectively.
We need more space for unpacking shame and encouraging curiosity. My work is all about creating that space. I believe these conversations will become less uncomfortable the more we have them.
Whether we dive into the biological, physiological, psychological, neurological, metaphysical, or spiritual aspects of sexuality-- there's so much to explore and celebrate.
